Last week we held our second coaching clinic with the 5 coaches we are currently mentoring on the My Coaching Backpack programme in Natal. The clinic was held at Alexander Park in Pietermaritzburg.
The coaches have made very good progress over the last two months. They are very enthusiastic and are busy planning a competition between the different training groups.
We also received feedback that the investment that is being made in the coaches is having a positive affect on them as teachers and they are able to apply what they learn from coaching in the classrooms.
