My Coaching Backpack in Action

This is Ayanda from MaAfrika Tikkun, one of our first coaches to be trained using the Coaching Backpack. You will see the coach using the coaching cards,book, cones, stopwatch, whistle! They have also been studying the DVD very closely.

This is a group in Mfuleni which MaAfrika Tikkun have started as part of their community project. We trained 4 of their staff to coach.

Feedback has been that the material is very helpful and easy to understand.

I was very impressed with the level of coaching after only 2 weeks.
