Yesterday 12 ProNutro JAGRunners took part in the 4th race of the Summer Trail Series at Paul Cluver estate near Grabouw. It was a tough 9.1km course and all the runners ranvery well.Coach Charles from Tafelsig also did very well finishing the race with his runners.
15 year old Niklas Dlamini of Lavender Hill annihilated the field to win the race. Heinrich Wagner, also of Lavender came in second with Therrence Khan of Gugulethu finishing third making it 1, 2, 3 for ProNutro JAGRunners.
