ProNutro JAGRunners Coaches Give to Pensioners

We have just handed out lots of ProNutro again. Our coaches in Mannenberg,
Sidney and Cheryl Hendriks decided to donate their coach boxes to a
pensioner in Mannenberg who has less than them

Rocklands Cross Country

ProNutro JAGRunners kicked of the term with two races this past weekend.
On Saturday Jan took a small group from Cloetesville to support Winston’s race
in Bonteheuwel

On Sunday JAGRunners from Khayelitsha, Lavender Hill, Mannenberg and Bonteheuwel
to take part in the WP x-country league in Mitchell’s Plain. There were about 60 ProNutro
JAGRunners who took part and the great thing was that we only organised 16 of those to
be there. The rest the coaches brought themselves! Yeah!!
The highlight for the Khayelitsha runners was going to Mnande beach afterwards,
they had a rip roaring time J
