VINEYARD RUN

Yesterday Kayamandi JAGRunners took part in the Vineyard run @Lourensford.
Two of the boys took on the 12km and 14yr old Okuhle came second. The
rest conquered the 6km and enjoyed the fun muddy route.
Afterward they got to experience all the excitement of the winners of the
Cape Epic coming in from the grandstand.
The highlight however was the free playstation and jumping castles at the
Spur zone!!

ATHLETICS CLINIC WITH BRITISH ARMY

On Thursday afternoon about 70 primary and high school kids from
Cloetesville and Kayamandi got to take part in an athletics coaching
clinic organised by the British Army athletics team. Among them
were Olympic athletes and they are all also real soldiers, some
of whom had just got back from Afghanistan. The kids learnt
a lot and were also inspired chatting to these soldier athletes.

BEESWEDLOOP - WORCESTER

On Saturday 15 ProNutro JAGRunners from Kayamandi
took part in the “Beeswedloop” fun run on a dairy farm
just outside Worcester. It was a beautiful run through
the vineyards and also a wonderful outing for the
children.
