ProNutro JAGRunners Coaches Qualify

15 ProNutro JAGRunners coaches and our BMX coach, Ndiphe, recently wrote an exam
to get their Distance Running Coaching certificate. It was a very tough exam, they
had to write training programs for base training, x-country, 10k and the marathon.

We are very proud that they ALL passed and received their certificates!!!

FIRST FUN RUN FOR LAVENDER HILL

On Saturday 14 ProNutro JAGRunners from Lavender Hill took part in the first fun run since starting up a month ago.

The JAGRunners showed the suburbians how to run and walked away with all the prizes.

They were also treated to lunch and a special gift pack afterwards.

This was also their first time in the JAG bus and One little guy, Rafiek, claims it is the coolest car ever!
