Yesterday we handed out the first of 750 Training T-Shirts donated by the City of Cape Town
to our Khayelitsha ProNutro JAGRunners. Gert Bam, the Director of Sport and Recreation was there to hand out the shirts.

X-Country Season Gets Underway
On Saturday the ProNutro JAGRunners from Gugulethu and Langa took part in the first WP X-Country league at UCT. It was a great event as the kids got to take part in their own age groups.

Woza Weekend
ProNutro JAGRunners did not take long weekend!
On Friday 400 young runners got up at 4:30 to go to the SAD fun run in Wellington.
On Saturday morning another 200 young ProNutro JAGRunners took part
in a WP Talent ID race in Atlantis.
