ProNutro JAGRunners Coaches - Get Skilled Up
On Saturday our coaches together with a few Mighty Metres
coordinators attended a short power packed lifeskills session
presented by MacSteel Maestros at the Sport Science Institute.
They were given valuable input onto Time management,
problem solving and communication.

ProNutro JAGRunners do well in Cross Country League
The ProNutro JAGRunners have been very busy over the last few
months competing in the various WP cross country league races.
As a result the ProNutro JAGRunners team have finished well in
some of the final age group standings:
These are:
Boys u/13 - First and Fourth
Girls u/13 - Joint First
Girls u/12 - Second
Girls u/11 - Third
Well done to all the coaches who mostly transported runners in
their own vehicles and at their own cost to the races!!
